Team Oxygenaddict assumes no liability for the information contained within any part of it’s coaching service. Including but not limited to information within the Oxygenaddict website (http://www.oxygenaddict.com and https://team.oxygenaddict.com), emails sent on behalf of Oxygenaddict and Team Oxygenaddict and any information shared via social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter.

The information contained therein reflects only the opinion of the owners, coaches and associates of Oxygenaddict. Nothing provided by Oxygenaddict or Team Oxygenaddict should be interpreted or treated as medical opinion or advice. If you are unsure about the health implications of any aspect of your training plan or guidance being provided please consult with your doctor for specific medical advice before commencing any training or exercise.

By undertaking any training plan provided by Oxygenaddict or Team Oxygenaddict you are declaring yourself medically fit.

Your use of any information or materials provided by Oxygenaddict or Team Oxygenaddict is entirely at your own risk. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. Oxygenaddict and Team Oxygenaddict takes no responsibility and will not be held liable for any injury or loss which may arise from the use of such information, including but not limited to triathlon training plans and advice from any Team Oxygenaddict coach or team member. You accept that Oxygenaddict and Team Oxygenaddict provides no guarantees or warranties related to any of its content or coaching programs.

Team Oxygenaddict Membership Terms and Cancellation policy

Members of team Oxygenaddict are bound by the following terms and conditions:

All content and training plans provided to members are copyright & intellectual property of Team Oxygenaddict. Use of any training material provided for purposes other than your personal triathlon training for the period of your membership is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent has been obtained from Team Oxygenaddict Ltd.
Upon joining the team as a monthly member, a monthly recurring payment will be created for the amount indicated at the time of payment. This payment will be processed on the same date each month.
Your membership of Team oxygenaddict commences on the day payment is received.
If a membership payment fails additional attempts to take payment will be made. If they continue to fail you will be contacted about the issue.
No change to the monetary amount taken will be made without your prior consent.
Should you wish to cancel your monthly membership, please do so by following the instructions at https://team.oxygenaddict.com/account/?action=subscriptions. Your membership, and all associated access will remain until the date at which the next payment is due, at which point your membership will cease and no further payments will be taken.
Upon cancellation of your monthly membership you will will retain access of your TrainingPeaks account, and personal training data contained therein. Training plans and individual sessions remain property of Team Oxygenaddict and may no longer be available.
Unless otherwise specified, annual memberships can be renewed for subsequent equivalent terms at the full price rate applicable at the time of joining, for as long as the membership remains active.
- For example: If the full price cost of an annual membership at the time of joining was £1797, then each subsequent year’s membership fee will remain at £1797, even if the future cost of annual membership increases.
- If however a limited promotional discount was offered that reduced this price from (for example) £1797 to £1,597, then year 1 would be charged at £1,597 and years 2+ will be charged at £1,797 (i.e. the full price at the time of joining, not the initial discounted rate).
Unless otherwise specified at the time of joining, monthly membership rates will remain at the full price rate at the time of joining, for as long as the membership remains active.
- For example: If a monthly membership is created at a rate of £197 per month, then each subsequent month’s membership fee will remain at £197, even if the future cost of monthly memberships increases.
- If a promotional discount was offered for a limited period, the discount is only applicable for that period. So if for example the standard rate was £197 per month, but a promotion offered the first month for £147, then month 1 would be charged at £147 with all subsequent months charged at £197

IRONMAN ACCELERATOR: IRONMAN Guarantee

If you’re accepted onto Team Oxygenaddict’s Ironman Accelerator program, you qualify for the Ironman Guarantee unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of enrolment.

What the IRONMAN Guarantee Covers

If you fail to finish your first Ironman or 70.3 having been part of the Ironman Accelerator, you may continue in the program at no additional cost until you successfully complete the distance – provided the following conditions are met:

Your next attempt is within 12 months of your original (failed) attempt.
Your original target event was scheduled for no less than 9 months and no more than 12 months after your program start date.
Any subsequent attempt must be at the same or shorter distance as your original target (e.g., if you fail at a 70.3, your next attempt must be no longer than 70.3 – not a full Ironman).
Your training and performance meet the required readiness thresholds (see below).

What the IRONMAN Guarantee Does Not Cover

You are not eligible for the IRONMAN Guarantee if any of the following apply:

External Race-Day Factors
DNF or DNS due to things outside your control, such as crashes, mechanical issues, race cancellations, or altered formats (e.g., cancelled swim).
Inadequate Preparation
- RaceReady score below 75% in any discipline (swim, bike, run) or overall in race week.
- Injuries or illnesses that significantly impacted your training.
- Failure to follow the coaching plan (as reflected in RaceReady score and coaching interactions).
Late Event Changes
Switching from a 70.3 to a full Ironman during the program where the new Ironman is less than 9 months from your original start date.
Deliberate Misrepresentation
Falsifying or misrepresenting training data or health status.
Disregard for Coaching Guidance
Consistently ignoring key coaching advice or making significant changes to training without prior coach approval.
