Working 6 days a week, Neil was worried about the time he’d need to dedicate to his Ironman training.

While training much less than he thought he’d need to, Neil has reduced his swim CSS by 15s per 100m, increased his bike FTP by 27% and reduced his run times by 35s per km.

Rich used to be wiped out after running for an hour, but now can easily run for 3 hours, recover quickly and be able to ride for 5-6 hours the next day.

He’s knocked 50s / km off his run times, 20s / 100m off his swim times and has even found himself on the top step of the podium for the first time!
